How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your chosen shipping method and order value.
Here is our estimated delivery time and shipment cost for all orders in Canada:
Orders up to $200.00 - Standard Shipping 3-5 business days - $13.00
Orders over to $200.00 - Standard Shipping 3-5 business days - No Charge
Flat rate shipping outside of Ontario - $15.00

Please note, due to COVID-19 some shipping delays can still be expected and are out of our control.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Typically, we only ship within Canada. If you live somewhere else and want to order our products, feel free to contact us for a shipping quote and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup on all orders (choose this option at checkout). Orders are ready within 24-48 hours. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pickup.

My Order
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it. However, if you ordered the wrong size, received your order and it didn't fit, or are just unhappy with your order (we don't know why this would happen), we offer a 30 day refund/exchange policy.
When will my order ship?
Once your order has been hand printed, we'll package it to perfection, ship it and send you an email confirmation with your shipping details, complete with your tracking number. Check your emails for your latest shipping information! This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Do you offer exchanges if a garment doesn't fit?
If you have purchased a product and is not the correct size you can exchange all products 30 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us at your own expense. Once we have received the items and inspected them we will than packaged and ship out the new products to you.

How do I care for my garment?
All of our garments have care instructions on the inside tag. All garments can be machined washed and we suggest that you hang to dry.
As a general rule, we suggest you machine wash warm with like colours. Tumble dry low (if you're in a hurry) or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron.
Don't see a product or size you're looking for?

Do you offer custom items?
Since all of our products are hand printed to order, we may be able to accommodate custom orders at certain quantities, with a set up fee. Contact us to see if we can create your custom design!
Where are your products made?
Our garments are manufactured in Pakistan and hand-printed right here in Barrie, Ontario.
